Truth in Science
Overall, this massage chair is a basic unit which delivers what it promises. The frame is quality made and will support the weight, but the details are lacking.

Upon receiving the chair, which was delivered perfectly on time, I found defective plastic end caps on the feet and had to remove them...I then had to contact customer service to order replacement caps (I am still waiting on them as of 10 days later). I also found that the chair does not sit up straight and had to bend part of the lower frame to keep it level on the floor. My therapist said it is easy to utilize with quick adjustments however, and supports the patient well.

Lets face it, the product is a cheap price point and will serve a student or beginning therapist well, but you get what you pay for. However, I would not recommend purchasing this chair. Just spend a few more bucks and get one with better construction. We will be replacing the one we purchased with a better unit.

I'm a working massage therapist and have used this chair at numerous events and it has never let me down, even with rather portly participants. Easy to set up, good design, as comfortable as the Earthlite chairs we used in school... this chair is a winner....

I got my chair so quick I was totally surprised. Amazon.com was on point with the date:-) Well it was quick to put together except the annoying plastic you have to remove in order to insert the head rest. That took us longer to get out than to put the chair together. I was rushing to put it together before going to school (massage therapy) just to see and test it. The seat and leg rest was uncomfortable but I think I have to play with the adjustment more. I recommend this as a wonderful starter chair. I have already told my classmates about it and where to purchase it. One writer said the custion was to thick however it wasn't for me. Thanks for the pak of disposible face covers and GOOD PRICE!!!

this chair is perfect. it's lightweight, so i can move it around the house(upstairs or downstairs), portability is a plus, plus, plus! we're thinking about studying accupressure to make extra $$$ and also for our own use. this chair is sooo comfortable. i'd recommend it to people who might be looking to get one, this is it.

We now own two of these chairs. One for use at our Thai import store for appointment only massage, and one at our home for private twice weekly use. I don't think you will find a better chair at a lower price.
