Bought this table for my wife who is studying to be a massage therapist. She loves it! It has very sturdy wood construction of a nice quality. It comes with headrest and armrests, folds to a compact state, has comfortable cuishoning. Table is very stable with no rocking. Very reasonable price. Dont think twice if you need a table, get this one.

Very comfortable - My friend can easily transfer me from my wheelchair to the table and back, where I can sit in an upright position and either do marching exercises w/ my legs, or lay on my back and do sit-ups or pull-ups, while my friend holds my legs.

The table comes folded in half w/ a nice carrying case. The table height is somewhat adjustable by inserting wooden pegs into the incremental holes in each leg of the table. The table is padded w/ soft, yet firm material all around the edeges, so if my leg(s) should involuntarily pull back, they won't pull against a sharp edge.

I suppose I could lie on my front, w/ my face in the face-hole, and get a nice back rub or massage.

I am very happy with this table, all the extra...the headrest, arm, hands holder are great! Plus it came with disposable headrest tissue, size perfect for any weight height clients! Its a little heavy but I will get used to it...I have recommended this to all my therapist friend,,and my clients love it. The foam, cushion is nice the table is so user friendly...I LOVE IT!!! 5 STARS
