It's very easy to set up and not heavy. I would not recommend folding and unfolding the table too often, pieces do fall apart fast. For those who do want to travel with this table, it will probably not last longer than a year. You get what you pay for. Seller responded to all the e-mails and questions promptly. Works great!! Weekly massages are too expensive for our budget but we had to do something to help her pain. The bed is very sturdy, weighs around 25lbs and is plenty long enough. It folds up quickly and easily, and the attachments store nicely within the folded up bed. I am not a professional masseur, but I read up on deep tissue massages as well as the muscular and skeletal structures so I wouldn't severely injure my wife. My wife has had several massages and said that she could not tell a difference between my 'rubs' and the pro's. I was not shy about applying pressure or leaning on/against the bed. It is a portable, so it's obviously not as sturdy and a permanent bed but it has held up fine under the stress that I have put on it. I am 6-2, 200lbs and this bed seems to hold up just fine. I really appreciated the adjustable height legs, too. The head/face support can be adjusted to different angles quickly and easily as well. I would recommend this product to anyone with similar needs or to a therapist that needs a fully portable, sturdy table. love massage February 3, 2010 Cathy R.
