I bought this bed to start my practice a month ago. The table is sturdy and pretty light, however, the head rest is made out of cheap plastic and broke while I had a client on the table. It was horrible! The plastic just snapped. Also the padding is very firm and not too comfortable. I had to buy extra padding for the table and headrest. Lastly...the sheets it comes with are super cheap! after one wash they didn't fit over the table or arm rests. I should have paid a little extra for better quality.

I am not a professional massage therapist or anything. I use essential oils and needed a table to give aroma touch rubs. It is just perfect for what I needed. It is sturdy and so easy to set up. I am quite short and so I love that I can adjust the legs to fit me. It was so great that all the accessories came with it so I didn't have to spend extra for those. I love my table!

I cant believe I waited a long time to get the massage table for a present to my wife.
I received the table .. put everything together ( no big deal )
To test it out I lay down to feel the table and ZAP.. the head piece broke...

I examined the head piece and is made out of a very cheap plastic... no wonder it was so cheat.

I am very upset with the company.. a head piece like that should be made a little bit stronger.


I am very sorry for my wife.. she was looking to get a masage....
sorry honey.. I guess I will be sending you to the Spa
and also I will be returning the table back to the seller.

I bought this table to make it easier for my husband and I to give each other massages. This table is wide enough and long enough for my 6'1 husband to be comfortable, and since the leg height is adjustable, I can lower it enough for me at 5'2 for it to be a perfect height and he can raise the table to be at a good height for him to reach me.

The table is lightweight enough for me to set up, move around and put away without any help. The storage bag makes it simple to fold it up and tuck it in a corner of the room until we want to use it.

Another good feature is the sheet that came with it as well as the removeable arm and head rests. The table feels very sturdy when I set it up on my carpeted floor and I am pleased with the quality.

The headrest broke when I tightened it, and I emailed BACG last night about the problem and they responded last night telling me they would send out another headrest right away. I am very pleased with their customer service also. I recommend this product and this company.
