The mini-mat works just like the Bio Mat Pro, except in a smaller package. It can be taken to the office, to the living room, or even along for vacation! It measures 33" by 17" and weighs only 8 pounds. This versatile mat will take up a permanent residence in your daily routine! It comes with the standard 3-year manufacturer's warranty, but due to its sturdy construction, much like the Bio Mat Pro, it should easily last a decade. The MiniMat is also easily wrapped and folded around parts of the body for a concentrated and targeted effect, unlike the Bio Mat Professional. Local areas can be heated very effectively this way, which is great for many purposes, for example, speedy recovery from tissue injuries, back pain, etc... But due to its limited size, the Minimat is not able to produce the same range of whole-body or systemic benefits as the Bio Mat Professional. If the intended goal includes deep relaxation, mood elevation, detoxification, or whole-body immune stimulation, the Bio Mat Professional is by far the better option.

I have had my mat for quite some time and I LOVE IT!! I have gone from years of waking up in the morning groggy with back pain, stiff joints and such to feeling refreshed, pain free and ready to start my day! The relaxation and comfort it provides are astonishing and I would highly recommend the Bio Mat to anyone. I sleep on my professional at night, I lounge on my minimat during the day, or I take the occasional nap at a high setting for a more detox type experience. Give it a try, you will love it too.

My Mini Bio Mat arrived in the UK a few days ago. It's too early stages for me to comment on how the Mat is working but I did want to say that 'Healing Arts Garden' (the seller) were very helpful, efficient and great to do business with. Highly recommended. Hazel
