The bolster is a great addition to my massage table. I get a professional to come to my house once a month, and she was using pillows as a substitute! The bolster is MUCH better than that! The bolster is not strictly necessary for massages, but it greatly improves comfort of the person getting massaged, both while laying on stomach (place under the ankles) and back (place under the knees). I would have rated as a 5 star, but would have preferred to have the bolster about an inch or so thicker in diameter.

Did not ship as quickly as I needed it. Good Bolster. I thought it would be cheap quality because of the price. However, it works good and it comfy. Thanks.

Perhaps I didn't read the description closely enough, but I was surprised when this bolster arrived because it isn't round as I thought I'd read the description to say it was. It is actually flat on one side so it doesn't roll under the client to adjust for position--it takes more effort to move due to the flat side; it doesn't "scoot" well.
